^Lot 824 Uberti / Tristar 66 Sporting Rifle .45 LC #98355

Italian made lever action sporting rifle chambered in .45 Long Colt, manufactured by Uberti. Imported by Tristar Arms Inc. out of North Kansas City, MO. This reproduction of the famous Model 1866 features an approximately 24 1/4" octagonal barrel, dovetailed blade front sight, adjustable sporter rear sights, full length tube magazine, smooth curved trigger, and exposed hammer with a checkered spur. Rifle barrel, trigger, and magazine tube are blued, with the receiver, forend end-cap, and buttplate are brass. Lever and hammer have a color-case hardened finish. The furniture consists of a smooth straight wrist shoulder stock, smooth forend, and cresent buttplate. Action is smooth and crisp. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Furniture wood is excellent, with some very minor handling blemishes. The original blue finish remaining is approximately 97% with only superficial scratches and blemishes, and the brass is excellent with minor scratches. Manufacture date code may be under the forend, and date cannot be determined. Includes original factory cardboard box and manuals.
